Terms of Service

By booking an appointment or receiving services from Yuzu  Acupuncture (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to the following terms:

Scope of Services
We provide acupuncture and related therapies to support health and wellness. These services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or emergency care. For medical concerns, please consult a licensed physician or qualified healthcare professional.

Appointments, Cancellations & Late Arrivals
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24-hours notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so that we can remain on schedule for other clients. The full session fee will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and it may be treated as a missed session.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made (such as insurance billing, packages, or gift certificates). Accepted forms of payment are listed on our booking page.

Privacy & Confidentiality
All personal and health information you provide will be kept confidential and used only for your care, in compliance with applicable law. We do not share information without your consent, except as required by law.

Assumption of Risk & Liability
Every body responds differently to acupuncture and related therapies. By receiving services, you acknowledge the potential for minor risks (such as bruising or soreness) and release Yuzu Acupuncture from liability except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.
